Annie initially completed a foundation course at Bournville School of Art before attending Bournemouth and Poole College of Art and Design in Dorset where she trained in Interior Design.
Her love of gardens and the outdoors led to another course in Garden design through the Open College of the Arts. Annie also completed a Royal Horticultural Society level 3 certificate in Horticulture with commendation at Kingston Maurward 
college also in Dorset. She has been designing gardens since 1998 and has also run a successful garden maintenance company “Hogan Garden Services” with her husband Tim since 1995.
In their spare time Annie and Tim work in their own garden and grow flowers and vegetables and are also keen beekeepers and adopt a wildlife and eco friendly ethos wherever possible.
